I could only really imagine one guy there again running an extremely stupid unbound list, and even then following the actual list of 25% core, 50% Lords, he still takes obscene lists. I go to GW for my Fantasy games as it is not popular at all in my area and they're running a league and they're all pretty cool there. My FLGS doesn't usually play Unbound and only one person really does it to run like 50 Wraithguard/Wraithblades and 3 Wraightknights, needless to say not many people play him seriously.
